TIPS KURUS BADAN SIHAT TANPA PRODUK TANPA BAYARAN (PART 2)


– Satu saiz tapak tangan protein (ikan, ayam, daging)
– Satu saiz penumbuk sayur (brokoli, bayam, kubis)
– Separuh genggam karbohidrat (no exercise, no carbs)
– Satu ibu jari lemak sihat (almond, cashew, kekacang)

6 am: bangun jer tido terus saya minum 1 gelas air mineral/suam
8 am: 20 minit sebelum sarapan, 2 gelas air
10 am: teh hijau + 1 gelas air
2 pm: 20 minit sebelum makan tengah hari, 2 gelas air
4 pm: kopi + 1 gelas air
6 pm: 20 minit sebelum makan malam, 2 gelas air
8 pm: 2 jam sebelum tidur, 2 gelas air

Walaupun ada yang mendapat kelulusan KKM sekali pun.. tidak ada kajian yang bagitau pil sekat karbohidrat, pil sekat lemak, pil stop nafsu makan bla bla bla..

Saya juga pernah menghadapi isu yang sama. Memandangkan saya sedang cuti belajar dan banyak terlibat dalam research papers and journal articles review, jadi saya terfikir untuk berkongsi tips kurus secara sihat bersama para pembaca blog saya. Definisi kurus di sini adalah mengikut BMI.
