RESEPI MUDAH DAN RINGKAS NUTTELA CREPE


Bahan-bahan:

1 cawan fresh milk 
1/2 cawan santan cair
1/4 tepung gandum
1/4 tepung jagung
1/4 tepung ubi
1/4 tepung kastard
1/2 cawan air (tambah air sikit2 untuk tepung sebati)
1 sudu kecil esen vanila
1 biji telur (size besar) / 2 biji telur (size kecil)
1 sudu kecil baking powder
garam secubit

Cara-cara:
1. Gaul semua sampai sebati dan tapis semua tepung untuk dapat crepe yang halus dan cantik. 
2. Masukkan telur yang telah dipukul sebati ke dalam tepung dan gaul.
3. Guna non-stick pan. Panaskan perlahan dan sapukan minyak denga  tisu paper secara nipis.
4. Guna senduk besar dan ceduk campuran tepung crepe tadi masukkanke dalam pan. Lenggangkan sehingga ukuran crepe sekata.
5. Tak perlu terbalikkan sebab crepe nipis mudah dan cepat masak. Ulang sampai siap.
6. Boleh sapu nuttela selang-seli dengan crepe. Ready untuk dimakan!
