RESEPI KEK KUKUS COKLAT MUDAH DAN CEPAT

Bahan untuk kek:

1 mug minyak masak
1 mug susu cair
1 mug susu pekat
1 mug serbuk koko
1/2 mug gula pasir dikisar halus dulu
4 biji telur gred A @ B
1 1/2 sudu teh baking powder
1 1/2 sudu teh soda bicarbonate1 sudu teh esen vanila
1 1/2 mug tepung gandum yang telah diayak.

Bahan untuk topping:

4 sudu besar serbuk koko
5 sudu besar susu pekat
3 sudu besar minyak masak
2 sudu besar susu cair.

Cara – cara memasak kek:
  1. Campur semua bahan ke dalam blender kecuali tepung. Kisar menggunakan blender sahaja.
  2. Kisarkan selama 5 minit. Sekiranya anda ingin menggunakan mixer pun boleh, tetapi kacau sebati selama 3 ke 4 minit sahaja.
  3. Kemudian tuangkan adunan kedalam mangkuk yang besar.
  4. Tuangkan tepung sedikit demi sdikit sampai habis dan kacau sebati.
  5. Sapukan acuan atau loyang dgn butter atau minyak. Nota: Jangan lupa tutup loyang dgn plastic wrapping untuk elakkan air masuk ke dalam kek.
  6. Panaskan air didalam periuk kukus dan kukus selama 1 jam atau sampai betul – betul masak. 
Cara – cara membuat topping:

  1. Campur semua kedalam periuk dan kacau dengan api yang perlahan.
  2. Kacau sehingga sebati.
  3. Kemudian, tuangkan terus ke atas kek.
  4. Siap dan sedia untuk dimakan!Nota: Anda boleh panaskan air semasa mengisar bahan – bahan tersebut kerana proses untuk buat kek ini sekejap sahaja.
